Optus partnered with NNM to create the Optus x NNM Activation. The centerpiece of this activation was the Call Translate Pods, which allowed visitors to engage in real-life conversations in two languages with bilingual call operators.
This innovative approach not only provided a unique experience for visitors but also showcased Optus’s commitment to connecting people through technology. To encourage participation, visitors could exchange their engagement with the activation for a food voucher, adding a tangible reward to the experience. Brand ambassadors were also present to create excitement and encourage engagement with the Call Translate Pods.
